| A stout shrub, up to 2 m in height, with light brown bark, ovate oblong or rounded leaves, lanceolate upper leaves, small, yellowish-green flowers in axillary racemes or panicles, all male or with a few female flowers below and ovoid 3-lobed capsules containing oblong or ovoid, smooth, mottled and shiny seeds. | ||||||
