Started his research work in 2003 at Mysore University, Karnataka, India and completed Ph.D in 2007 in the area of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacology (Synthesis and Pharmacological action of piperazine derivatives and non-ester analogues of arecoline related to Alzheimer’s disease). He has a good expertise in Synthesis Organic chemicals, characterization using spectral methods conducting invivo animal based experiments, in vitro isolated tissue based experiments, care breeding, and management of laboratory animals in performing biochemical assay and cell based assay and spectrophotometric techniques. The goal of his research efforts is the development of biological treatments for the disease; neurological disorders Acetyl cholinesterase inhibition assay, anti-inflammatory activity, and antimicrobial activity.
-
He has started has carrier in1998 has a Senior Chemist in Charka Pharmaceuticals Company Karnataka, India and engaged in the manufacturing of ayurvedic liquid and tablet formulation and quality control of semi finished and finished ayurvedic products.
-
He has worked in (2002-2004) M/s TAB Ayurveda Mandya Karnataka, and handles the project of cultivation and distillation of aromatic oils.
-
Now at present he is working as Scientist in phytochemistry department engaged in standardization of medicinal plants, extraction, isolation, characterization and quantification of biomarkers using different analytical technique and validation of medicinal plants through invivo and invitro pharmacological models. During this research period he has 23 papers in national and international journals to his credit.
